Concert News: The CSUN Wind Ensemble is doing a joint concert with Cal Arts and USC in the Disney Concert Hall on March 30 th , 2008. This marks the first time that the Disney Hall has aloud a Wind Ensemble Concert on their stage. Ryan is happy to announce that the first notes that a band has ever played in that hall will start with him and his horn section. Please come and support Ryan and the CSUN Wine Ensemble.

Personal News: Ryan and his wife Maria have a new addition to their family; Zander Dorian Ramey was born on April 17th in Santa Clarita, CA.

An interview with a Legend: Ryan was given a task of interviewing a professional in the field of study that he wants to be a part of someday. Ryan took this idea and ran with it. Originally this paper was only supposed to be a single interview with seven questions. Ryan decided since he was already making effort of finding these professionals he would ask them each 25 questions. For this paper Ryan interviewed Philip Myers, David Krehbiel, Bill Lane and Jon Mason. Once this paper is completed it will be listed on this website under the Horn Resources page.
